The captions in the McGraw-Hill history book wrote:
The Atlantic Slave Trade between the 1500s and 1800s brought millions of “workers” from Africa to the southern United States to work on agricultural plantations.
Obviously, writings like this are caused to soften the blow for whites today about what their ancestors did during this period of illegally kidnapping, killing, raping, and holding captive innocent children, men and women from Africa and Europe.
If people read the wording “workers” it is presented as if this was a economical move that benefitted the workers and the goodhearted United States of America.
This got a lot of attention, in fact, so much attention that McGraw-Hill are recalling the books and rewriting it correctly. We commend Coby and his mother Roni for making a statement against how history is told and how it really went! 🙂
This is the main job of the children of Israel, they are to deliver God’s message to the rest of the world. This has taking place in every generation since the beginning of the church in the wilderness with Moses. When God adopted the children of Israel after he brought them out of Egypt into the wilderness he made them a kingdom of priests. Read Exodus chapter 6, you know that this was the case as they were in the wilderness when the church was created. From that point forward they were the people and collectively they all brought the message to the world concerning the God of Israel or the Most High God.
As we look back generation after generation of the children of Israel, through biblical scripture, we will see that they have always been the “people” to deliver God’s message to a people. During the time of Joseph, a captive child of the children of Israel, he was able to bring the message of God to the Pharaoh concerning Egypt. Had he not Egypt would have been doomed. If we fast forward to David and Solomon’s time, when Israel was on top of the world, we will see that Solomon had kings and queens from all over the world coming to see and hear his wisdom concerning the Most High.

As the children of Israel began to take plight because of their sin against God, God still kept the protocol of the children of Israel administering the word of God to other nations. Jeremiah was sent to the surrounding nations of Israel, to Esau and Arab nations about the coming destruction by King Nebuchadnezzar. Jeremiah was sent to warn these countries to put their necks under Nebuchadnezzar’s yoke or be removed from their land. Jeremiah of course was an Israelite.
During the times of Daniel, Daniel was sent to King Nebuchadnezzar to tell him of his dream he had concerning world history and world prophecy. Daniel was from the tribe of Judah and was also one of the Hebrew captives who was still used to bring and deliver the message of God. You can see the trend we have here, the children of Israel delivered the message of God in all generations to the children of men. This continues even into our present generation.

The prophet Jonah was sent to the Ninevites to warn of pending damage from the God of Israel and Jonah, also a Hebrew Israelite, was the vessels chosen to deliver the message of God. In the times of Jesus the Christ, when the Pharisees were Herod was looking to get answers concerning the baby who was born to be King of Jerusalem, he is said to have summoned the chief priests and scribes to demand them to tell him where the child would be born. The Pharisees also being the children of Israel knew exactly what the answer of God was and reported it to Herod. This also supports that Herod was not a Jew, but was of the seed of Edom placed in charge of the Jews by the Roman government. Had Herod been a Jew, he would have known the answer or been able to receive it.
Lastly, even in the New Covenant when the Gentile was coming into the church for the very first time under the New Covenant, Cornelius was sent to Peter and Peter was commanded to tell him what he needed to do in order to enter the Commonwealth of God. These all should send us a pretty clear message that the children of Israel are the spokespeople for the God of Israel in teaching people what they need to do in order to receive salvation. As Jesus said, salvation is of the Jews, not that the Jews only will receive salvation, but rather we need to learn from the Jews (children of Israel) on how to receive salvation.

Further, even if you do not go directly to a physical child of Israel today, reading the Scriptures is still going to the children of Israel in order to find salvation because all of the books of the Bible were written by the children of Israel. Therefore this is vital information for you to understand that God has not cast His people away and then they are still the main people to do the job of administering His Word as we go into these last days of famine. You need to know how to identify who are the real children of Israel and begin to deal with them and help them to help you and the rest of the world. This way we all help each other and bring back the coming of our Lord with us being covered in His blood.

Living in bad conditions is one of the ways we identified the children of Israel today. The Bible leaves clues and signs that help us to put our finger on who are the children of Israel in our present day. Plenty people have speculated, assumed, and theorized who would be the children of Israel today. Many have taken claims at it, nevertheless, the Bible does a very good job at singling out who the real children of Israel are, and it does so by signs. And per our last article we pointed out how the children of Israel went into captivity and slavery as prophesied in the Scriptures, those are part of the signs to identify them. Europeans are the ones who handed the King James Bible to the world, and were the major slave holders and owners. Also involved in the slave trade and selling process were the “Jewish” people and the Arabs. If they are the dictators of the Bible, they are pretty good at orchestrating everything written to happen to Black people, not just in America, but all around the world.

Some radical black extremist groups, and pan Afrikan groups consider the European as “the devil” or the evil one. This is because of their (white man) cruelty to black people all around the globe. They have quite a bit of power if we are to believe the white man is behind the global captivity (both mental and physically) of black peoples. One of the conditions prophesied to happen to the community of the black American, also known as the children of Israel, was to have the father removed from the household. We do see this today happen in great number and in multiple ways.
Another condition was having a mother who has absolutely no love or regard or respect for her husband, and also who barely shows any love for her own children. The Scriptures state that the most “tender” person of the black female and the most tender of the black male (this is to say the nicest of the children of Israel), will still perform evilly against their spouse and children. This goes on in mass amounts in the African American community. Also the Bible talks about the young man being wild bulls and full of anger. This is shown in our young men and violence in the streets.
Speaking of streets, the scriptures shows that black men will often find themselves on the corner of the streets. Young men happily find themselves on street corners either selling banned substances, hanging out, or doing other things that are not only not profitable to themselves and to their family and the community, but also dangerous for their very own lives. One other prophecy stated was that we would find the children of Israel hidden in prison holes. They would be piled up in prisons or correctional facilities because of their behavior. The children of Israel have a brotherly bond that was broken by the Creator, this means they fight amongst themselves and a big reason why is because of economic problems. Economic problems lead to poor communities, and if the leaders of the communities do not take charge and use wisdom to bring everyone together, we continue to live under the curses, with no small sanctuary to find comfort.

As I mentioned in my column about Juan Garrido, the first documented African to land in what is now the United States, in 1513, as a student I was under the impression that the first Africans arrived in the North America in 1619.
That was when 20 or so slaves from Angola ended up at Jamestown, Va. Nothing could be further from the truth.
As a matter of fact, by 1620, when the Mayflower landed, about 500,000 Africans had already been shipped as slaves to the New World.
In other words, those first 20 Africans who arrived in Virginia had a lot of company further to the south, starting in Florida.
And many of the first African slaves who arrived in the New World before 1620 landed in Mexico, which is a surprise to most of us living in the United States.
By 1570, the year that a slave named Gaspar Yanga fled to the mountains near Veracruz to escape slavery, the colony of New Spain (as Mexico was called) “had received an estimated 36,500 Africans.”
The historian Herman Bennett tells us in his book, Africans in Colonial Mexico, “of which 20,000 had survived.”
Moreover, by 1600, Bennett concludes, the number of Africans “collectively rivaled, if not outnumbered, Spaniards throughout New Spain.” And at Veracruz, “persons of African descent constituted 63 percent of the nonindigenous population.”

By 1810, Bennett continues, free blacks “numbered approximately 624,000, or 10 percent of the total population.” Bennett correctly observes that the fact that Mexico by this time was “home to the second-largest slave and the largest free black populations may come as a revelation to those unaccustomed to thinking of Mexico as a prominent site of the African presence.” Most Americans will find these facts astonishing. I know that I did when I first learned of them.
Mexico’s African population traditionally was concentrated along its two coasts, one around the port of Veracruz (where most of the slaves landed) on the Gulf of Mexico, and the other in a district known as the Costa Chica, on the Pacific Ocean near Acapulco. And it was near Veracruz that the first black-ruled town was granted its status as a self-governing municipality by Spain in 1609, 11 years before the Mayflower. It is called Yanga, and a large statue of its founder graces the town square today.
The town of Yanga is named for Mexico’s most famous runaway slave, Gaspar Yanga, whom the historian Jane Landers tells us in her book Slaves, Subjects, and Subversives: Blacks in Colonial Latin America was “an enslaved West African of the Bran nation.” In 1570 or so, Yanga escaped from his enslavement near Veracruz and formed a “palenque” (a community of runaway slaves, or “maroons”) in the mountains nearby at Cofre de Perote. Yanga’s palenque survived illegally for almost 40 years, “raiding Spanish convoys along the Camino Real [Royal Road] to Ciudad Mexico [Mexico City] and nearby haciendas.”
By 1609, the Spanish authorities had had enough. The Viceroy, Luis de Velasco II, mounted a major assault on the settlement, but to no avail. Under the leadership of an Angolan named Francisco de la Matosa, Yanga and his compatriots successfully defended themselves and then negotiated a settlement with the Spanish.
Their demands included 11 conditions, Landers tells us, among these: freedom for all of the runaway slaves who had lived in the settlement before 1608; official recognition of the town’s sovereignty, including the right of Yanga and his heirs to become governors; exclusion of the Spanish, except on market days; and a Roman Catholic church administered by Franciscan monks. In return, Yanga agreed to pay tribute to the Spanish and to serve the king militarily when asked. They also agreed to return future fugitive slaves, if paid for returning them, but subsequent complaints from the Spanish suggest that the town continued to be a haven for runaway slaves.
Yanga and his followers established the town of San Lorenzo de los Negros (also called San Lorenzo de Cerralvo) in 1609, and it was formally recognized by the Spanish in 1618. Landers quotes an Italian visitor in 1697 commenting that San Lorenzo was so full of black people that it “would make anyone think they were in Guinea.” Now called Yanga, after its founder, the town exists to this day in the state of Veracruz.
