Not all black people living in the African continent are what “black Americans” would call “brothers from another mother.” But when we look at the struggle they went and currently go through, it nearly appears identical to the struggles blacks in America went and currently go through.

Not all South Africans are native (and I’m not only speaking of the caucasians who dwell there), I’m speaking of the difference between the native african people and the Bantu/Semitic people who also inhabit the land.

Wrongful Imprisonment Still Prince Abd-El-Rahman

Wrongful imprisonment didn’t start with many of the african americans released from jail after 30 years after evidence finds them not guilty.

Wrongful imprisonment has been going on for centuries. One man who this was perpetrated against was a noble moorish prince.

Prince Abd-El-Rahman, was a highly educated man of Timbuctoo.

Timbuktu citizens were always highly educated. Prince Rahman was the grandson of the Emperor of Timbuctoo and was captured in a battle and eventually sold into the American slavery system. He essentially became a prince among slaves!

What happened is that years later an anglo saxon male doctor was traveling through Mali was in Natchez Mississippi and recognized him.

The doctor paid $4,000 for Rahman’s liberation and his children and return to his land. He was officially freed in 1829.

His Name is Cetewayo kaMpande

Want to know about a guy who was as tough a warrior as the great Samson and King David?

His name is Cetewayo kaMpande.

Cetewayo was the king of Zululand South Africa from 1872 to 1879. From the images of him, he looks like an ordinary black man today.

He is famous for his massacre of an entire British army sent to take him down. It didn’t happen for them.

Days later he killed and defeated the prince Napoleon, who was heir to the French throne. The king of Zululand taught the Europeans a thing about warfare.

Askia the Great and Songhay

Many people do not hear much of black rulership in Africa or around the world because in the west it can be a bit of a threat.

It can and does give confidence to blacks who once upon a time thought themselves only to be slaves.

However, allow me to introduce you to Muhammad Ture/Toure, who became more known as Askia Muhammad. He was known as a great Emperor of Songhai and his empire stretched from Lake Chad all the way to the Atlantic Ocean.

His rulership was said to be more expansive than Western Europe. His capital was Timbuctoo, where he formed many libraries, universities, and educational systems.
